Why does the phone stay busy constantly? I called for a long time and only got a busy signal.

Reservation is not required here they have excellent food and generally a small wait during busy times but don't worry just head over and visit them they are open from lunch til late at night

Is this a chain store?

No. Locally owned and fantastic
